Introduction from Saska
Welcome to our web page. That's us at a Sled Dog Event in the New Forest, Hampshire, England. I'm Saska, the rather pretty (if I do say so myself) black and white girl in the front running with my little sister Ellie. Just behind is my sister Indy and her daughter Cherish. In wheel is my brother Talon and my dog-mum Kiki. Talon, Ellie and I all live at Icestorm Kennels with our Mum, Julie Breame and our Dad, Dave Cox. My son Caffrey and daughter Demi live with us too. I'm pleased and proud to say that they follow in their mum's footsteps and love to work. The passenger in the cart is Barbara Stanier of the Arctictrek Kennel. Kiki, Indy and Cherish all live with her. We all enjoy our days at working events throughout the season. We mostly have to pull Dad on wheels because we don't have much snow in the UK. We sometimes go together in a big team, but more often in smaller teams. We also do weight-pull where Talon usually does well. We go to lots of dog shows too. Each year we go to a big show called Crufts. Next to running, our favourite thing is going to schools and charity events. We get lots of fuss from people! Talon (Arctictreks Talon for Icestorm) and Saska (Artictreks Saskatoon for Icestorm) Ellie (Artictreks Elektra for Icestorm) has the same sire and dam as Talon and Saska but is from a different litter born on 22nd October 1993.
