Malamutes love sitting or lying on top of high places. It gives them a chance to look down on everything. Kira and Chief can be frequently found at the tops of staircases. Our house has a lot of stairs - inside and out. One of the cutest poses is Chief with one paw hanging over the top of the staircase.
